Improving the stability of non - alcoholic beverages through electrochemical disinfection of water.Peer-reviewed article

One of the new methods in the water treatment technology is based on the oligodynamic effect of some heavy metal salts, especially of silver ones. Experience indicate that silver - if finely dispersed by continuous current - is an efficient disinfectant, very suitable for plants making carbonated non - alcoholic beverages.
