Fermentation plants of the vogelbusch system.Peer-reviewed article

The article deals with some less know specific features of the VOGELBUSCH the VOGELBUSCH dispersators. The authors compare the VOGELBUSCH fermenters with conventional fermentation tanks taking as criteria the specific energy consumption and oxygen dissolution rate. Fermentation tanks with ventilation pipes and turbine agitators are selected for comparison as typical.
