Isolation of mutants producing lysine in medium with molasses.Peer-reviewed article

A mutant of Brevibacterium flavum resistant to bacitracine, was isolated. The mutant accumulated 37 g . l^-1 lysine after 72 hours of cultivation in medium containing molasses as a source of carbon.
