On the possibility of rising the productivity of spirit in distilleries.Peer-reviewed article

The study treats the foregoing report Publisher in this paper (1. 1955. p. 181) and brings the results of factory tests concerning the utilization of melibiose. The desintegration of melibiose by means of enzymatic preparations made from brewers yeast is discussed and the optima conditions of desintegration are explained.
