The use of membrane filters for the biological control in breweries.Peer-reviewed article

Description of a new biological control in breweries is given, which brings very quick results in determining biological purity by means of membrane filters. Easy manipulation and shortness, as well as the possibility of microscopic and macroscopic control, are advantages of these filters.
