The natural and artificial ageing of spirits.Peer-reviewed article

The article contains conditions of ageing of spirits. The natural ageing is discussed with regard to the D. M. Gadľiev's particular report upon the influence of oak barrels on the quality of wine distillate. Further some other soviet as well as german experiences are presented. The methods of artificial ageing are with respect to the fact that his problem has not been solved hitherto.
