Electric instrument for measuring the percentage of extract in sparging water.Peer-reviewed article

The article contains the description of an electric instrument serving for convenient and fast determination of extract percentage in sparging water which is being drawn off through the cocks of a drawing off battery. Such check tests are necessary expecially towards the end of the process. The readings permit immediate readjustment of the cocks of the battery.
