Experiments with gibereline in malting and brewing industries.Peer-reviewed article

The article brings new theoretical and practical contributions to the research works on giberele acid and its applications. Conditions are specified, under which a combination of giberele acid solution and glucose can accelerate the malting process, so that in five days the same quality of malt can be obtained as in seven days by conventional technology.
