Bacterial amylotytic substances.Peer-reviewed article

The article deals with the results of tests, which have been made on laboratory and semi-production scales with a selected stem of B. subtilis outstanding for its exceptional ability to produce great quantities of amylolytic enzymes. The efficiency of preparations in comparison with foreign samples is good. The Wohlgemut numbers are very favourable. Practical applications gave also positive results in comparison with malt extracts.
