Continuous malting. III. Analytic evaluation of green malt production technology.Peer-reviewed article

Continuous germination in a line differs from the conventional methods in several stages of the process. The time required for making malt is reduced by introducing spray steeping. The germination is based upon periodic pulsations, changing growing and environmental conditions. The quality of malt is very high and can be compared with the very best floor malt.
