Economic side of trapping CO2 in breweries.Peer-reviewed article

The article deals with some problems of trapping CO2 produced by fermentation processes in breweries, as well as with the possibilities of its utilization both at breweries and in other branches of industry. Using articles published recently in technical literature as a source of information the author describes installations required for holding and liquerfying CO2. Beside units already in service some new projects are mentioned, too. The economical side of the problem is thoroughly analysed.
