Application of emission flamephotometry to the determination of calcium in tartaric acid.Peer-reviewed article

A new emission flame photometric method which has been recently developed permits to determine calcium in tartaric acid with concentrations ranging from 0,001 to 0,006 %. The method is to a great extent a universal one and has been used successfully for the determination of calcium in tartrates, citric acid, citrates etc.
