The article deals with factors responsible for insufficient keeping quality of non-alcoholic beverages and with efficient remedies. It is practically possible to extend the storage period to 1 month and event more. There are several ways how to improve the situation, viz.: desactivation of microorganisms by pasteurization, irradiation or application of conserving agents.
