The principles of inlet, interstage and outlet inspection in a production of non-alcoholic beverages are described. It is necessary to equipped laboratories in our factories by instruments which enables the inspection o beverages in a range mentioned in the lecture. The following instruments must be installed in every laboratory: pH meter, automatic titrators, polarographs, tubidimeter, oximeter, and an apparatus for metal estimations.
