Large scale experiments of single-tank beer production in a prototype of conical bottom fermenting vessels.Peer-reviewed article

The single-tank beer production permits a time-saving of the whole production time of about 30 %. It is necessary to keep the technological parameters described in the article to achieve the product of a good quality.
