The method for the measurement of the biomass growth in the fermentation of L-Lysin, principle of which is based on the measurement of bacterial suspension turbidity, was worked out. The method is quick and comparable with the classical methods for the measurement of microorganisms growth. The experimental values were corrected by a method of the logistic curve on computer. The growth curves obtained by the 1 % and 10 % v/v of inoculum as well as those ones with various kinds of the inoculating medium were compared.(In Slovak, English summary only)
