L-lysine biosynthesis with chlor-resistant mutants of Corynebacterium sp..Peer-reviewed article

The mutant strains of Corynebacterium sp. with the resistance to S-amino-ethyl-L-cysteine and chlorlysine accumulate L-lysine in the quantity of 40 to 50 g . l^-1 during 96 h of the cultivation with the conversion between 42 and 48 % when the cultivation medium has the optimum C:N ratio.
