Preparation of L-threonine by mutants of Corynebacterium.Peer-reviewed article

From a-amino-b-hydroxyvaleric acid resistant mutants of Corynebacterium producing threonine there was selected the mutants Corynebacterium sp. 9366-AHV/21, capable of accumulating 7,5 g.l^-1 L-threonine in a sacharose - corn-steep medium after 4 days of cultivation in flasks.
