A ratio between phosphatidylcholin and lysophosphatidylcholin in the yeast Saccharomyces is compared, both after the disintegration and after the disintegration followed by the reduction of the nucleic acids content. In the consideration of this there is proposed a way of the lowering of the phospholipidic lysoderivates content in the extract of lipids, which may be applied in the course of a technological process of the complex utilization of the yeast cell.
