Results of works of Research Institute of Brewing and malting in Prague.Peer-reviewed article

The chief attention in the brewing-malting research is devoted to the needs of export, tests of new varieties of brewing barley, the better utilization of bitter substances from hop during brewing using kieselgur, the rationalization of beer production, the better utilization of brewing wastes and the research of beer stabilization using the stabilization filter. Principle prospect tasks are connected with problems of barley without antocyanogens and with the research of an application of immobilized yeasts.
