Comparison of Czech and foreign varieties of brewing barley.Peer-reviewed article

From comprison of foreign and Czech barleys and commercial malts from Koospol it can be concluded that the Czech varieties and malts produced from spring barleys are still on the world top if the proper technology is kept. From the standpoint of the world-wide quality, the best variety is Rubín and at present the new variety Perun yet.
