Comparison of methods measuring activity of microbial proteolytic enzymes.Peer-reviewed article

Ansons' (Kunitz),Delftand Srinivasans' methods for measurement of activity of neutral and alkaline proteinase of Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus subtilis were compared. The relationships between enzyme units estimated by these methods were determined.
