New markets request new strategies - prospects and risks in food industry..Peer-reviewed article

New trends and ideas in a management resulting from research works of American authors of Peters and Waterman as well as according to the Harvard Study PIMS are described. These studies are based on the statistically common signs of successful firms. To these signs and trends belong: higher quality from the standpoint of the customer, strategic planning of firms, firm culture supporting the creativity, transformation of the vertical organization to the horizontal one, ability of the permanent change etc.
