Cleaning preparates for hot and cold washing of brewing equipment.Peer-reviewed article

Two new cleaning preparates are compared in this article. The preparates were developed in an cooperation of production plants with the Research Institute of Brewing and Malting inPrague. The powder preparate Synalod 338 can be used for a hot washing in a brewery. The liquid preparate Helavin P is suitable for cold washing and disinfection as well as for a periodic removal of a beer stone.
