The tests results with respect to sensorial abilities of breweries assessment juries bear evidence of their unsufficient level of training and lacking experience in using of the triangle tests. The author suggest to increase the training level by modifying the current way of work of the juries. Recommendations are further given concerning a more ample use of the International System of Descriptive Terms for Sensorial Evaluation and Triangle Tests.
