Quality Control of Foodstuff Products with Accent to Soft Drinks.Peer-reviewed article

In the course of au-state soft drinks quality control during the first seven 1995's months, assessment underwent 1 319 domestic and imported soft drinks specimen. The binding legal regulations requirements were not met by 9,9 % of the specimens. Owing to the fact that soft drinks considerably participate in consumer basket of foodstuff products, consequently, their control will also in future remain the object of the state supervision activity. For this reason, the outlined activity should aim at developing more simple conditions for honest manufacturers and, from the viewpoint of state supervision, setting up a more effective and transparent control system.
