New trends of malting analytics.Peer-reviewed article

The text describes some areas of methodical techniques, used and developed in the Malting Institute in Brno recently. From the point of view of general appreciation of trends, new techniques and matters of interest in malting analytics, the choice is centrally incomplete, but we believe that not quite incidental. First of all we tried to document on concrete examples a vivid development of the malting analytics in the period of last several years.
