The author reviews conditions exercising in future period influence on the Czech Brewing and Malting Industry. Their evaluation serves then for setting up principles which should in the following years guarantee the growth of the brewing and malting field viewed from three standpoints: - commercial and sales activity; - quality and assortiment; - engineering, technology and production. The paper reviews basic theoretical preconditions applied for automated kieselguhr dosage during beer filtration. Outgoing from a vast model filtrations complex, an auto-regulation system has been designed, enabling in accordance with turbidity of unfiltered beer a compensation of the yeast impact concentration, while at the time decreasing kieselguhr consumption. Given main features of technical solution implemented by the Firm Destila Brno aimed at increasing of technical standard of Destila SUF candle filters.
