Refractometer in the brewery and malt laboratory.Peer-reviewed article

The increased attention paid to the quality, raises claims on the efficiency of the industrial laboratories. The refractometric methods are quick and in practice satisfactory because they are suitable for serial analyses. The authors describe work with an immersion refractometer and give detailed instructions for its use.
