The influence of antifoaming oil upon the utilization of oxygen in the intensively aerated fermentation processes.Peer-reviewed article

R. KUBÍČEK

The author explains new aspects in the investigation of yeast production. The use of antifoaming oil influences unfavorably the utilization of air during the aeration. Nevertheless as the air represents one of the most important parameters for the calculation of yeast production, the study of economic utilization of oxygen deserves more attention.
