The importance of beer in the physiology of nutrition.Peer-reviewed article

Opposite to different publications dealing with malignant effects of alcoholic beverages the author explains, that beer should not be comprised in this group. To prove it, several investigations of prominent physicians concerning the nutritive value of beer are reviewed.
