Continuous determination of ethanol in mash in yeast plants.Peer-reviewed article

A new instrument has been developed for planta making bakery yeast for indirect determination of ethanol content in mash. The tests carried out with  the prototype of the instrument confirm that it is both accurate and reliable. Its function is based on the principle of catalytic combustion and its detector with diffusion chambers is locate in the hood above the mash tun. Owing to its properties the new analyzer can replace imported instruments.
