The continual preparation of the wort from molasses in the fermentation industry.Peer-reviewed article

A preliminary report about the author's solution of a device for continual preparation of the wort from molasses in yeast factories. This device is considered to be a suitable complement to the process of continual fermentation and besides it represent a substantial aid tending to the total mechanization in this branch of industry.
