An improvement in yeast production.Peer-reviewed article

A suggestion for rising the effects in yeast factories, solving the problem of seizing the alcohol, that otherwise escapes with the aeration. This suggestion represents an economic improvement in the productions and at the same time it allows to keep the rooms around the fermentation thanks free from noxious and poisonous carbon dioxyde.
