The Bolling's formula concerning calculation of the amount of original beer wort with regard to later modifications is discussed. The authors concludes, that for practical use it is necessary to assume on average difference of 0,1 % weight between the original wort, which was estimated directly before fermentation and the wort calculated according to the result of analysis of beer.
