Cheap long-distance transport and convenience in its application give the gas many serious advantages over fossil fuel. Its main merit is the possibility of direct technologic application without using any intermediate means. The author specifies all the installations and equipment in breweries and malting plants requiring thermal energy and gives instructions, how to change over to gas.
