The article deals with the organization of quality control at breweries and responsibility of individual components of the system. Some problems of laboratories, as their appropriate equipment, scope of activity, selection of capable personnel atc. are discussed in detail. In closing paragraphs the author suggests some measures which should be taken to improve the standard of inspection at breweries and engage more efficiently the capacitz of laboratories to this purpose.
