New brewery at Rimavská Sobota starts brewing.Peer-reviewed article

The article contains the description of the aquipment installed in the Rimavská Sobota brewery which has been recently put into service. Main features of the equipment are the RS gravity six - vessel boiling plant and hot water system. Economical and technical advantages of the new plant, as compared with conventional kieves, are evaluated in detail.
