To meet practical requirements formulae used for calculating the production capacity of breweries must take into account many factors and complex relations between them. The article deals with several of many existing methods. The choice of the method must be always governed by the purpose for which production data are required. To arrive to correct conclusions the calculation must duly reflect the seasonal character of brewing.
