Bottling thermally stabilized wine.Peer-reviewed article

The authors suggest new methods of sterile bottling which meet steadily increasing requirements put to bottle wine and to guarantee period. In near future wine industry will modernize its bottling lines incorporating into them some improved elements recommended by the authors.
