Pressure gauge and praxis of classic straining process.Peer-reviewed article

The authors recommend to use a special pressure gauge to control the course of straining process and thus to optimize it. In a series of experiments they have established a functional spent grains layers and pressure losses in them. Having acquired better knowledge of the mechanism of straining the authors outline principal rules to be observed to control efficiently the straining operation.
