Modern Applicacions of Hop Resins.Peer-reviewed article

Modern applications of hop resins in a brewing process comparing with a classical technology are reviewed. The suitability of new types of hop extracts, synthetic hop resins ant the other hop preparates for their use in the technological process are mentioned. Chemical treatements of native hop resins which increase their efficiency and some economical standpoints are discussed.
