Economic consumption of fuel and energy in brewing industry must be consistently pursued.Peer-reviewed article

A. KRATOCHVÍLE

The author analyzes the flow of fuels and energy in typical breweries, shows under what conditions analytic indices of specific consumption can be applied and presents new synthetic index characterizing requirements to energy of individual plants and processes. A number of mathematic formulae demonstrates, how new indices should be used to asses the results of various development works or rationalization measures and consequences of changes of production capacity.
