The must yield from wine grapes is one of the factors determining economical results of viniculture. The yields depend on natural conditions which cannot be changed or controlled, on specific properties of various grape varieties, technology used in pressing process and must treatment methods. The article deals with the must yields of wine grape varieties grown on a large scale inMoravia.
