API-systems in brewing.Peer-reviewed article

A description of a new quick method for an identification of isolated microorganisms using API-Systems is made. Author shows a survey of a production of the API-Systems for the individual groups of microorganisms and compares the results of her own, obtained with API-10S and API-50CH, with those obtained with a classical procedure of the identification of some gram-negative bacteria.
