Effectivity of malt export.Peer-reviewed article

J. MLČOCH

The export of malt is a specific task for a branch of beer production. To evaluate the effectivity of this export a comparison of a fodder corn production and of a brewing barley production has to be made. The final solution of this problem results in a condition of an achievement of the minimum advantageous export price of malt. The condition of this price depends on productivity costs. Further restriction of a suitability of the malt export is on a degree of a rentability of means invested. The export price of malt is also resticted by the mean price level in the world. The results of this consideration is to determine the range of malt export prices in which is the export effective. An example is added.
