Problems of pesticides. III. Pesticides in brewing.Peer-reviewed article

A contamination of brewing process with pesticides is discussed. A review of pesticide agents applied to brewing raw-materials are described. Beer, as the final product, contains very low concentrations of pesticides (in ppb). Concentrations of these residues in the initial raw materials are much higher.
