Lignocellulosic materials - potential raw-material for fermentation industry.Peer-reviewed article

The article is concerned with problems of the contemporary distillery with respect to the utilization of lignocellulosic materials as a raw-material for alcohol industry. The pretreatment of raw-material, hydrolysis proper (especially the enzyme hydrolysis) and further problems are discussed.
