Pesticides as a possible precursors of N-nitrosamines.Peer-reviewed article

Types of pesticides which can be converted to N-nitrosamines are discussed in the article. A briew review of analytic methods of n-nitrosamines with respect to pesticides is made. With respect to the limited level for N-nitrosamines in pesticides 1 ppm, according to Environmental protection Agency (U.S.A.), methods for the lowering level of nitrosamines in pesticides are discussed in greater details and some examples are given.
