A procedure and conditions for the determination of the volume of conical bottom fermenting vessels for the single-tank beer production are described in the article. Examples of the necessary capacity are given with respect to a building of new factories and an enlargement of contemporary capacities. The following formula was derived for the calculation: MKCKT = Si where MKCKT is the monthly capacity of the complex of CKT, i is the number of types of beer, ks is the coefficient of a composition of products, Op is the liquid volume of the vessel, p is the number of vessels, z0 is the coefficient of volumetric losses, Fčv number of working days in the brewing house, tv is the whole production time. To simplify a calculation, the tables of the necessary numbers of vessels and their capacities are added.
